In order to provide such a comprehensive Thai teaching program in acordance with the above regulations, Bluewater offers the following commitment to all it's Thai registered students:
- A minimum of 8 Thai lessons per week for all Thai students above the age of 5
- Fully qualified Thai Teachers
- Timetabling that allows extra Thai lessons within the school day
- Thai teaching resources and strategies to differentiate between individual student language levels
- A commitment to ensure that all Thai pupils follow the correct Thai curriculum and learning standards as laid down by the Thai Ministry of Education
- Extra Thai lessons, if requested, after school hours
- Parental interaction with the school's dedicated Thai teachers to monitor student progress
- End of term reports and parent evenings
The Thai Ministry of Education requires that International Schools offer their Thai students a minimum of 50 minutes Thai teaching per day.
Bluewater takes great pride in offering a comprehensive Thai educational program alongside our English based teaching curriculum and will continue to liaise with both parents of Bluewater and Thai educators to ensure that we provide the highest level of Thai teaching to our Thai students.
